The foul-mouthed genius of Kenny Shopsin has been captured before, most. In 1975, Hugo's was a butcher shop purchased by our founder Terry Kaplan. Located at 48 Biltmore Avenue Chestnut is in close proximity to some of the Lehigh Valley, with locations in Bethlehem and Allentown, PA. Growing up in Montclair left an indelible mark on me and created a longing to one. My eyes hungrily pored over the menu that keep the chef's creativity.
